At Wedding & Parties Co., we carefully prepare every order to ensure it is packaged securely and ready to arrive with you in perfect condition.
Processing & Dispatch
- All orders aim to be posted within 72 hours of receiving your order. If there is any delay to this we will contact you. If you require your order sooner please get in touch via chat or the contact us option
- Personalised items will be made according to the details provided when ordering.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the postage service selected at checkout and the destination. Please allow additional time during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and seasonal peaks.
Please note: Dispatch within 72 hours refers to the time taken for us to prepare and post your order. It does not include the postal delivery time.
Personalised Orders
Please carefully check all names, dates and personalisation details before placing your order. We will use the information supplied with your order when creating your personalised items.
If you have an urgent order or a specific date you need your items by, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside our direct control. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
